RECEIVING OF CONVENTION CENTER MATERIAL

LGS Services Corporation will receive all shipments, regardless of size, at our designated warehouse. The warehouse is owned and operated by Weleski Transfer of Johnstown, a professional warehouse operator with over 40 years experience. This warehouse, located only a few blocks from the Pasquerilla Conference Center, is fully equipped to receive shipments by exhibit haulers; common carriers; Fed-Ex; U.P.S.; U.S. Postal or any other transportation mode. It should be noted that due to logistics and storage restraints, the Pasquerilla Convention Center WILL NOT RECEIVE any exhibits or shipments larger than a 9" x 11" envelope prior to the show. All shipments designated for the Pasquerilla Convention Center must be coordinated and received by LGS Service Corporation. Our receiving services will include unloading, signing appropriate paperwork, verifying piece count, and re-weighing if requested. Shipments will then be placed into our designated storage area until drayage to the Conference Center becomes necessary.
