General information

Starting times are 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. Time and one half rates apply before 8:00 AM and after 5:00 PM.

If you request LGS Services to install your exhibit prior to your arrival, (Supervised by LGS Services), all pertinent information such as blueprints, photographs, set-up instructions and shipping information should be directed to us. Please provide us with an emergency contact number.

Any labor requests not arranged prior to show must be arranged through the LGS Service desk at the Convention Center. This labor will be scheduled, as our work force is available. This form is not to be used for loading or unloading labor-that labor rate is inclusive.

Installation and Disassembly

Posted rate-$44.00/hour-unsupervised-straight time. One Hour Minimum. Cancellation of labor within 48 hours of start will result in a charge of one hour minimum per man.
